Brainy Ballers — Privacy Policy

Brainy Ballers is a soccer-themed brain-game app made for children ages 6–8. We have built it with a single privacy principle: we collect nothing about you or your child.

What information we collect

None. The app does not collect, store on any server, or transmit any personal information, device identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, audio, or usage analytics.

How the app works without collecting data

• All game progress (stars earned, last difficulty chosen, theme preference) is saved only on the device itself, in the app's local storage.
• The app makes no network connections. Once installed, it works fully offline.
• There are no user accounts, no sign-in, no profiles.

Third-party services

The app uses no third-party services: no analytics SDK, no advertising network, no crash-reporting service, no social-media integration, no cloud sync, no chat or social features.

Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Brainy Ballers is designed for children. Because the app collects no information at all, there is nothing to consent to and nothing to delete. The app contains:

• No advertising of any kind.
• No in-app purchases.
• No links to external websites or stores.
• No social-media buttons.
• No chat, messaging, or user-generated content.

This design satisfies COPPA (U.S.), GDPR-K (EU), and Apple's "Made for Kids" requirements.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this policy and adjust the effective date above. Significant changes will also be reflected in the App Store description.
